Nothing beats a good steak! The perfect steak needs no additional condiments or seasonings, and can be eaten just as it's prepared by the chef! While I typically agree that all of the aforementioned statements are true, there are a couple exceptions. One exception is my savory Black Truffle Cream Sauce! It is very simple to make, with few ingredients and simple directions. This is a must try for your next steak dinner! You can also use for other cuts of meat, like chicken, pork, fish, etc.

Ingredients
-
1-2 tsp Truffletopia Black Truffle Sauce (depending upon how powerful you want the truffle to be)
-
2 tbsp butter
-
1/2 cup milk (or heavy cream)
-
1/4 tsp garlic powder
-
1/4 tsp salt
-
1/4 tsp black pepper
-
1/4 tsp oregano
-
2 tsp flour
Directions
In a small to medium pan, over medium-low heat, mix all ingredients except flour.
After butter is melted and ingredients are stirred together, whisk in 1/2 teaspoon of flour at a time, until you reach the desired thickness in your sauce.
Serve warm, over steak or other cuts of meat. Enjoy!
Recipe Note
- If you are using this sauce for cuts of meat, try using the drippings from the pan you cooked the meat in, to add extra flavor to the sauce.
