If you haven't had beef wellington, you're in for a treat and our truffles will take it to the next level!With our take on this dish, we prefer to do individual cuts of meat for each person being served, rather than one giant piece of meat. This will also shorten your cooking time! It's a win-win!

The Best Beef Stroganoff with White Truffle

This beef stroganoff recipe was one of my favorite meals as a kid. Of course, it lacked the truffles, because we didn't have the money or access to obtain them, and well, my brother and I didn't like mushrooms as kids, so those were left out to. Despite those two ingredients being left out, it always made for an amazing meal.Today my daughter will finish a bowl of this before you can plate your own serving. However, my daughter doesn't love truffles the way I do, so I separate the stroganoff into 2 portions before adding the Truffletopia White Truffle Sauce. Voila! Dinner is served.

Mussels in White Truffle Oyster Bay Wine Sauce

Mussels steamed in white wine sauce is one of the most amazing dishes you'll encounter. While mussels have been consumed for many centuries with many variations of sauces, this has become my favorite, and is a hard one to beat!With this variation, I have chosen to use Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, New Zealand. It's aromatic flavor and notes of citrus provide a youthful and refreshing touch to this dish, and it pairs very well should you choose to have a glass of it with this awesome meal. On another note, it's not going to break the bank, as you can find it reasonably priced and widely available. Of course, you can replace this wine with a sauvignon blanc...
