Easy White Truffle Tilapia
This is a quick, easy, and simple recipe to enjoy your fresh tilapia in just minutes!
4 medium tilapia filets
4 tbsp butter
3 tbsp Truffletopia White Truffle Sauce
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano, minced
1 tsp thyme, minced
fresh ground pepper and salt, to taste
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat, and add garlic. Cook for roughly two minutes or until garlic is slightly browned.
Put garlic butter into small bowl and add lemon juice and Truffletopia White Truffle Sauce.
Season tilapia filets on both sides with fresh ground pepper, salt, thyme, and oregano.
Over medium heat, in the same pan, put filets in and spoon garlic butter, Truffletopia White Truffle Sauce over each filet. Cover pan and cook for 8 minutes.
Enjoy with your favorite sides!
Use an extra lemon slice as a garnish for each plate. Great with rice, potatoes, and/or any roasted or grilled vegetables.
