I never ate much tilapia, until I met my wife, Brittany. If I recall correctly, blackened tilapia was one of the first things she ever cooked for me. She isn't a huge fan of fish, but this mild-flavored fish is definitely a staple in our household. This Truffle Tilapia, will take you meal to the next level.

We eat a lot of tilapia in our house mostly with Greek seasoning or simply blackened, and this truffle tilapia recipe is just as simple! Tilapia is a mild-flavored white fish which is readily available, and great for those who don't like the stronger more fishy flavors.
With a little garlic to complement the truffle flavor, this truffle tilapia will go great with roasted vegetables, rice, polenta, and much more!
