Simple Homemade White Truffle Cream Sauce

This white truffle cream sauce is great to be used over any type of pasta. You can use this on spaghetti, fettucine, penne, or literally any type of pasta. This is even great with a vegetable or ravioli or an awesome creamy tortellini sauce. You can even use this as a base for other types of cream sauces or thicken it up as a base sauce for pizza.

This is a very simple recipe, so it can be easily modified for taste by adding or subtracting ingredients like mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese, and more depending on how you are using it.

For my fettucine pasta in the picture, I added mushrooms for a little extra substance and flavor!

Looking for a great, simple truffle sauce recipe to use for pasta or in other dishes? Search no further. This simple recipe is used as a base cream sauce, so you may choose to add cheese, more herbs, and even more truffle sauce to add depths of flavor or intensify the desired flavors. Ultimately it is up to you.

You can add this cream sauce into other recipes, like Mac & Cheese, to give great flavor and make your dishes more creamy. Adding items like sautéed mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, ground beef, chicken, etc, can be a perfect way to make this sauce tasty enough to eat on it's own with your favorite pastas, or even put it over a ravioli to create another layer of flavor. If you choose to add meat to the sauce, cook the meat with your favorite seasonings and add to the sauce in the later stages and keep over heat until you reach your desired thickness.
