As you may not be able to tell if you've been following my recipe blog, I am not one for sweets, and I tend to prefer foods that a more savory in flavor. Desserts with a perfect fruit topping will catch my attention. I like a good cheese cake, crème brûlée, or even a good ol' scoop of ice cream. What can really take these desserts to the next level is having an amazing topping for them. This is a simple strawberry fruit reduction, which can be used to top many desserts.
